1:1 coaching

Tired of the patriarchy, the government, systemic inequality, or a healthcare system that silences you? FierceFolks empower women to conquer healthcare and gender inequality battles. 

I believe you deserve to be heard, understood, and treated with respect. Coaching will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to advocate for yourself and navigate the complexities of the societal structures we endure daily.

what is it & how does it work?

Coaching is an individual experience, tailored specifically to your needs. It can help you to define a powerful vision for yourself, usually using goal-setting as a benchmark for success.

Throughout the process, you'll discover your true fucking potential and learn how to articulate and execute your decisions with the confidence of a mediocre white man (because let's face it, if there was one in the room with you, he'd just be repeating what you said as if it was his idea anyway)

My approach is all about:

  • Empowerment: You are the expert on your own body and mind. Own it. Reclaim that power.
  • Education: Knowledge is power. We'll learn the science, data and language so you can advocate effectively.
  • Dismantling Discrimination: We'll bust down the societal structures that hold us back. (I'm looking at you patriarchy...)

3 or 6 months tailored support

Real change takes time. I recommend a minimum of 3 months of 1:1 time together, usually bi-weekly. 

If you need to make some changes, like right fucking now — the Fast & Fierce option (3 months) is for you. If you fancy a more leisurely approach or need time to reflect, the Go With The Flow option (6 months) may be your best bet.
